Consultant, Disputes Resolution Group
Warner’s Disputes Resolution Group is currently seeking Consultant level positions with the Disputes Resolution Group. Candidates must have experience in several skill areas including: scheduling and delay analysis, productivity analysis, and cost/damage analysis on a wide variety of projects.
Responsibilities: Assists Senior Consultant in providing detailed analysis in one or more of the following areas: construction programming, delay analysis, acceleration analysis, impact analysis, productivity analysis, claim analysis, cost engineering analysis, disputes resolution and litigation support. Serves as team or task member developing detailed technical analysis. Coordinates more junior staff in the development of analysis.
Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering, Architectural/building sciences, Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience, working in several of the following skill areas: scheduling and delay analysis, productivity analysis, and cost/damage analysis. Professional registration and advanced degree highly desired. Experience in Primavera and other major scheduling programs required. Proficiency with industry utilized software programs including: database programs and document management software such as Summation preferred. Motivated team player, possessing excellent analytical and communication skills including graphical, written and verbal presentation skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access.
