Executive Consultant, Disputes Resolution Group

Warner’s Disputes Resolution Group is currently seeking a Executive Consultant level positions with the Disputes Resolution Group. Candidates must have experience in providing expert services in the areas of scheduling and delay analysis, productivity analysis, and cost/damage analysis on a wide variety of projects, including qualifying and testifying as an expert witness.

Responsibilities: Provides advice and expertise in construction programming, delay analysis, acceleration analysis, impact analysis, productivity analysis, claim analysis, cost engineering analysis, disputes resolution and litigation support. Serves as project lead for either large contract or task. Provides expert testimony. Primary customer point of contact for project assignments. Coordinates multiple project tasks on multiple projects. Provides technical leadership in analysis tasks.

Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering or Architectural/building sciences, Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 10 years dispute resolution experience, providing claims analysis and disputes resolution services on complex construction projects and disputes. Professional registration and advanced degree highly desired. Experience in Primavera and other major scheduling programs required. Testimony experience desirable. Proven track record in performing, managing, and marketing disputes resolution services with strong industry familiarization/recognition and construction attorney contacts/clientele. Proficiency with industry utilized software programs including Primavera, database programs and document management software such as Summation required. Individual must be a highly motivated team player and possess excellent analytical and communication skills including graphical, written and verbal presentation skills.
