Project Manager – Project Management Division

Warner’s Project Management Division is currently seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be an independent self-starter with 8+ years experience managing and overseeing work performance on one or more projects. In addition, the candidate will have primary responsibility for planning and managing the work efforts of project team personnel, determining and monitoring project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all contract and project requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities: Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications. Confer with supervisors to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction problems. Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Monitor and control project to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings. Actively participate in industry-related events, forums, and professional associations to enhance position and image.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, CM or equivalent.
8+ years experience in Project Management. Professional registration and advanced degree desirable. Expert knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera P3/P5 and SurTrak) required. Superior interpersonal skills, creative solution and problem solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to forge, maintain and expand working relationships with clients. Experience in personnel management/develop- ment and team building a plus.
