Executive Consultant - Scheduler, Scheduling Division
Warner’s Scheduling Division is currently seeking a senior level industry professional with experience in private and public sector projects for an Executive Consultant - Scheduler position – a self-motivated leader with 10+ years experience in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the allocated resources of a scheduling support team with significant impact upon the overall operations of the Division. Responsible for managing the activities of Senior Schedulers and Schedulers engaged in major CPM scheduling activities on large and complex projects.
In addition, candidate must have experience as the lead consultant in providing all levels of project planning, monitoring and analysis while working for highly diverse clients on projects covering the full spectrum of the industry. Experience in personnel management/development and team building is a plus.
Responsibilities: Maintain high level of involvement in client activities to achieve insights into areas where support may be applied to accomplish client goals most effectively. Manage the overall scheduling unit’s area of responsibility, develop and implement plan, determine personnel requirements and assign/evaluate results, provide employee counseling. Make personnel-related recommendations. Prepare resource estimates and comply with budget limitations. Identify and allocate manpower and resources to ensure completion of established objectives within budgetary and schedule guidelines while upholding high technical standards. Organizes project and task work loads, selects individuals most qualified for assignments on specific projects and makes task assignments. Schedule development and monitoring. Schedule analysis of design alternatives and construction procurement strategies. Impact analysis of proposed construction changes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent or comparable technical training or equivalent. 10+ years of experience. Professional registration as PSP and advanced degree desirable. Experience in Primavera and other major scheduling programs required. Superior interpersonal skills, creative solution and problem solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate proven track record in performing, managing, and marketing CRM services with strong industry familiarization/recognition. Ability to formulate a working relationship with other departments.
