Senior Project Manager (Residential, Mixed-use, Hospitality & Commercial) - Project Management Division
Warner’s Project Management Division is currently seeking a senior level industry professional with experience in any of the following: residential, mixed-use, hospitality or commercial) -- a self-motivated leader with 10-15 years experience as the lead project manager in providing all levels of project planning, monitoring and analysis while working for highly diverse clients on projects covering the full spectrum of the industry. Willingness to consider relocation assignments a plus.
Responsibilities: Maintain high level of involvement in client activities to achieve insights into areas where support may be applied to accomplish client goals most effectively. Manage the overall planning and work efforts of all team members, determining and monitoring project schedules and budgets, and/or ensuring compliance with all contract and project requirements and quality standards. Prepare resource estimates and comply with budget limitations. Actively participate in specific business development pursuits and presentations. Identify and allocate manpower and resources to ensure completion of established objectives within budgetary and schedule guidelines while upholding high technical standards. Additional responsibilities include: A/E selection; design phase management; contractor selection; cost estimating, construction administration; coordination of prime consultants/contractors, project commissioning and occupancy coordination.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. 10-15 years experience in Project Management. Professional registration and advanced degree desirable. Expert knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera P3/P5 and SurTrak) required. Superior interpersonal skills, creative solution and problem solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate proven track record in performing, managing, and marketing PM services with strong industry familiarization/recognition. Ability to forge, maintain and expand working relationships with clients. Experience in personnel management/development and team building a plus.
