Warner Wins Trillium Bethesda

Warner has been retained by Harvey Cleary Builders to assist and work with their project team to develop the detailed baseline schedule for the construction of this $100 million condominium project in Bethesda, Maryland.  The project site is adjacent to the National Institutes of Health Bethesda campus, between Wisconsin and Woodmont Avenues.

The Trillium Bethesda is a sleek and stylish world class urban development that will ultimately be composed of three towers with a total of 173 condominiums. The residences range in size from 900 to 2,850 square feet.  Each level of the nine story high rise towers will have 14 corner suites with full height glass walls.  The spacious residences are designed for luxurious living featuring the finest materials including Italian cabinetry and premier European appliances. The adjacent courtyard and plaza will contain 2,000 square feet of artistic work space as well as an interactive water feature.  Davis Scott Carter is the project architect for the developer, the Patrinely Group.   The project’s interior designer is Jeffrey Howard.

Demolition of the existing Ramada Hotel is slated to commence in December 2007 with the project completed in 16-18 months.  Warner’s baseline development effort is being led by Bill Hornbake. Warner will also be assisting Harvey Cleary with monthly schedule updates following the commencement of construction.
