Rockville, Maryland Mark Anderson is pleased to announce that Paul Brough has been tapped to head-up Warner’s Rockville-based Scheduling Group as its Vice President.

The promotion was made in recognition of Paul Brough’s outstanding client service, innovation and commitment to both Warner, our clients and the construction industry. For over 15-years Paul’s distinctive stamp on multiple signature assignments has become a large part of who Warner is, and how this professionalism positions us foremost in our industry. He is a valued member of the Warner team.

Paul began his Warner career in 1992 as consultant in Warner’s Disputes Resolution Group. He transitioned to Scheduling as on-site management for the Warner team on the complex effort for the redevelopment of the World Trade Center. Upon completion, Paul next coordinated Warner’s on-site scheduling and project controls team at the Pentagon, a 5-year assignment inclusive of over twenty projects and the redevelopment scheduling for Wedge 1. Paul holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
