Rockville, Maryland Mark Anderson Mark Anderson, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, is pleased to announce that Warren Cromarty has joined Warner as Vice President and member of Warner’s Senior Management team.
Warren has over 35 years experience providing cost estimating, cost engineering, planning, scheduling and other project controls services for industrial, commercial, government, and transportation projects across the nation. Warren has held positions in all aspects of the building industry including owner, general contractor and subcontractor, and is familiar with those cost estimating, cost engineering, planning, scheduling and project control processes and procedures that have proven successful for each. Previous corporate affiliations include Pacific Gas & Electric Company where, as Vice President of Project Controls & Procurement, he was involved in the development, design, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning of a portfolio of generating plants and cogeneration facilities, valued at over $6 billion. Representing the Owner, Warren has been responsible for contractor oversight on contracts held by Bechtel ($5+ billion), Shaw/S&W ($1+ billion), CE Lummus/Kaiser ($2+ billion), ABB ($1+ billion), Foster Wheeler ($2+ billion) and CF Braun ($2+ billion). Prior to joining Warner, Warren was employed by STV Inc., where he was the Senior Cost Manager under Carter Burgess, Inc., providing Program Management Support Services (PMSS) to the Washington Metropolitan Airports Authority (MWAA) on the $5 billion, 23-mile Dulles Corridor Metrorail Extension project. With Warner, Warren will continue his involvement on the Dulles Metrorail project as the PMSS’ Senior Project Cost and Schedule Controls Manager. In this role, Warren will supervise the PMSS personnel responsible for the project cost and schedule control and will oversee similar functions performed by the design/build contractor and its subcontractors. The Dulles Metrorail project, after much deliberation and debate over federal funding, appears poised for Federal Transit Administration approval.
