Rockville, Maryland Mark I. Anderson, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, is pleased to announce that Michael J. Harris has joined Warner as Vice President and Manager of Warner’s Disputes Resolution Group.

Mike Harris is a licensed professional engineer and attorney with over twenty-eight years of construction industry experience including the last fourteen years specializing in construction delay and disruption, loss of efficiency, acceleration and termination disputes.

Mike is skilled in construction claims analysis and litigation support specifically in the areas of impacts of design changes, differing site conditions, contractor sequencing and coordination, manpower and productivity losses and material shortages. He has qualified and has been a testifying expert on construction delay, acceleration, disruption, loss of efficiency and productivity and termination in numerous mediations, arbitrations and litigation.
