Rockville, Maryland Mark Anderson is pleased to announce the promotion of Stuart D. Wolfrey to Vice President.

Stu Wolfrey has been with Warner 8 years, starting in a senior role on Warner’s project management assignment in Baltimore on three HOPE VI projects, and then assuming increasing management responsibility as Director of the Project Management Group for the past (2) years. It is Warner’s strategic objective to grow Warner’s presence in the local and regional area as a quality and preferred provider of project management services.

Over the past year significant new energy has been invested in the success of the Group, and a growing number of new and exciting opportunities have developed. These opportunities include: on-call services to JBG on 12 of its most prestigious development projects, including the Westin Arlington Gateway at Ballston and the Wardman Hotel in Washington; and continuing engagements with NeighborCare to develop “super pharmacy” packaging and distribution facilities in and around Baltimore and are actively pursuing other private commercial and hospitality developers in the area. Each of these opportunities has materialized through Stu’s persistence and drive to expand Warner’s presence in the marketplace. We are looking for great things from the Project Management Group, and truly believe that they are poised for success and will be in a position to take advantage of Warner’s reputation, our market brand name, and the unique opportunities available for project management services in the greater Washington metropolitan area.
