Paul Baillie has over 40 years experience within the international construction industry providing commercial contract and claims management on large complex projects ranging in value from $10 million to over $5 billion.

Paul has an extensive and broad range of experience in the preparation of contractual claims and expert reports, including the determination of liability and entitlement and the calculation of damages due.  Paul’s specific areas of expertise include analysis of delays and resultant damage calculations.

Paul's construction industry and claims experience includes areas such as site civil work,  highways and bridges, residential and retail mixed use complexes, hospitality and resorts, water treatment plants, cement and pulp and paper process plants, marine structures, harbours, high speed rail, power plants, piping and electrical distribution and mid-rise and high-rise commercial office buildings.
