Daniel S. Meehan LEED AP, PSP Project Manager
Daniel Meehan is a seasoned project manager and construction consultant with over ten years of experience in construction management of commercial, federal, and residential projects. Dan is experienced in contract administration, scheduling, estimating, project cost control and accounting, quality assurance/quality control; and creation and implementation of punchlists. He is also skilled in prime and subcontractor sequences and methodologies. As a consultant with Warner, Dan’s expertise has been in the areas of schedule and delay analysis, constructability reviews, and cost analysis. Dan is also well experienced with emergency remediation work, requiring quick, extensive organization, coordination, and execution.
