David Dale President

David Dale is educated and trained as a planning/industrial engineer and has gained over 25 years of practical experience in project management and scheduling of major, multi-discipline, commercial real estate projects worldwide. Mr. Dale has been involved in a wide variety of design and construction projects including airport expansions, oil and gas projects, retail and housing developments, land reclamation projects, industrial manufacturing facilities, processing plants, power stations and water treatment plants.

Mr. Dale’s experience provides him with expert knowledge obtained from working on a wide variety of project types and sizes. He recently served as Claims Director, leading a team of expert consultants responsible for all claims and providing commercial advice and project management support on US$ 75 billion worth of projects for a leading developer based in Dubai, UAE and is currently providing commercial advice and support on the Burj Tower Development.

Mr. Dale has participated in numerous commissions, including appointment as a Delay Expert Witness (court testified) and the preparation of a large claims defense. He is an experienced lecturer providing training/lectures/seminars on effective planning/project controls and loss of productivity. Mr. Dale is also a Committee Member of the Society of Construction Law (UAE) and has acted as a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
