Jim has thirty-five years of experience in project planning and scheduling, cost control and claim analysis for domestic and international major construction projects including industrial, commercial, institutional and government facilities. His hands-on experience includes planning and scheduling; cost estimating, tracking and control; change control and management reporting. His consulting expertise includes risk analysis; contract cost and schedule evaluation; claim analysis, preparation and presentation; and testifying as an expert witness. Jim has a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Cost Engineer. Jim has worked for many of the world’s largest constructors including Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Foster Wheeler, Dow Engineering Company, Bechtel Corporation, Dynalectric Company, Sundt Corporation, H. B. Zachry Company, Raytheon Corporation, Turner Construction Company, and Rust Engineering Company.
