John A. Gibson Esquire, Vice President and Managing Director

John Gibson is Vice President and Managing Director of Warner’s United Arab Emirates office. Mr. Gibson has over 20 years of international construction experience. His global experience includes forensic claims, risk management, construction litigation and international arbitration in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Egypt, Qatar, Jerusalem, Palestine and the United States.

He has worked on international construction and trade disputes arbitration, including arbitration under the rules of the ICC, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Thai Arbitration Institute, and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration. His construction claims experience includes the preparation and analysis of claims, contract review and change order preparation and negotiation, development of time extension requests and requests for equitable adjustments, CPM schedule and delay analysis and cost/damage analysis.
