Michael J. Harris P.E., Esquire, Vice President, Disputes Resolution Group

Mike Harris is a licensed professional engineer and attorney with over thirty years of construction industry experience including the last sixteen years specializing in construction delay and disruption, loss of efficiency, acceleration and termination disputes.  Mike’s prior construction experience includes responsibilities as an on-site inspector, scheduler, field engineer, project manager and scheduling/estimating department manager.  He has prepared detailed master schedules, reviewed technical submittals, developed cost estimates, performed constructability reviews and managed the construction of large projects.  Clients have included Boeing, Bechtel Power Corporation and Siemens Transportation Services, where he provided comprehensive discovery services and schedule analysis for communications command and control centers, nuclear and cogeneration power plants, and heavy rail passenger transportation facilities.

Mike has been qualified and testified as an expert in CPM Scheduling and construction management in various forums, including the USPS Board of Contract Appeals and Florida Circuit Court.
