Warren has over 35 years experience providing cost estimating, cost engineering, planning, scheduling and other project controls services for industrial, commercial, government, and transportation projects across the nation. Warren has held positions in all aspects of the building industry including owner, general contractor and subcontractor, and is familiar with those cost estimating, cost engineering, planning, scheduling and project control processes and procedures that have proven successful for each. Previous corporate affiliations include Pacific Gas & Electric Company where, as Vice President of Project Controls & Procurement, he was involved in the development, design, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning of a portfolio of generating plants and cogeneration facilities, valued at over $6 billion. Representing the Owner, Warren has been responsible for contractor oversight on contracts held by Bechtel ($5+ billion), Shaw/SW ($1+ billion), CE Lummus/Kaiser ($2+ billion), ABB ($1+ billion), Foster Wheeler ($2+ billion) and CF Braun ($2+ billion).
