Ruangrote "Alec" Amaralikit
Alec Amaralikit has extensive experience in forensic study for the evaluation of construction claims and disputes and large scale database systems management. His expertise includes schedule delay analysis, acceleration analysis, productivity studies, cost analysis and highly technical issues analysis. As part of his experience, he has developed large database driven as-built schedules and performed schedule analysis in all major analytical techniques. Further, he has extensive experience in litigation support through the processes of consultation, document discovery, management of document control systems, deposition, trial hearings, mediations and arbitrations. He has also developed and managed large, complex litigation databases.
Mr. Amaralikit has worked as a field site engineer and has experience in supervising onsite inspections, administering quality control programs, review and approval of shop drawings, evaluation of proposed contract modifications, performing schedule updates, and coordinating subcontractors work flow to ensure continuous work progression.
Mr. Amaralikit is skilled at professional graphic design with specialized computer skills including: Primavera Project Planner (P3/P6), Suretrack, MS Project, ACAD, Summation Blaze, Photoshop, SPSS, SQL, and MS Office package.
