Gail Ellison is Warner’s Vice President of Corporate Administration and Human Resources. As a Human Resources Generalist, Ms. Ellison oversees the administrative and human resources functions of Warner’s domestic and international operations. As a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and administration, her knowledge base includes employee relations, immigration and labor law, design and implementation of benefit programs, recruitment, and performance management. 

Ms. Ellison has been instrumental in the development of several programs that directly benefit Warner employees including an employee self-assessment evaluation to enhance the performance management process; an education benefit program to promote continued personal and professional development; and an employee referral program. She has spearheaded the creation of Warner’s first “paid time off” program to support an employee’s work/life balance and an affirmative action program to identify, recruit and retain quality employees. 

Ms. Ellison holds professional memberships in both the local and national level of the Society for Human Resources Management. She is also a member of Lerch Early & Brewer, Chartered, First & Foremost Group, a select body of human resource professionals in the DC Metro area. Prior to joining Warner, Ms. Ellison was the HR Manager for the Washington, DC office at Hill International, Inc.
