Eric Anderson is a seasoned construction executive with over 30 years’ experience in the design, development, and construction industries, and over 20 years’ experience as an Owner’s Representative with broad management expertise working with a full range of project delivery methods from the traditional design/bid/build approach to various types of design/build and fast-track. His expertise carries over to agency CM and open book cost plus fee. Mr. Anderson has held Project and Senior Management and Executive positions with large design, construction, and development companies.

Mr. Anderson’s project experience includes extensive work in multi-family residential, “Class A” commercial office and occupied research laboratories. Most recently, he provided Owner’s Representative/Construction Management services to Akridge on the 980,000 square foot, $130 million Gallery Place mixed-use complex which included 192 residential units, an entertainment mall with movie theaters, 250,000 square feet of upscale retail and restaurant space, and five levels of below grade parking for 900 vehicles.

Prior to that, Mr. Anderson served as the Executive Project Manager on the Mirage on the Gulf which was a 234,000 square foot, eight-story, 59-unit condominium complex with a detached parking garage and elevated tennis court in Marco Island, Florida.

Mr. Anderson was Project Executive for the General Services Administration (GSA) on the $180 million, one million square foot Ariel Rios Modernization in Washington, DC/Federal Triangle. The Project included extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety modernization, and architectural/structural building improvements.
