Warner’s consultants have vast experience working on a wide portfolio of projects both in the United States and abroad.

With offices strategically located around the world, Warner can efficiently support the project objectives of any project regardless of its location—whether in the United States, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America, or elsewhere across the globe.

Our global experience includes testifying as expert witnesses in both domestic courts and boards as well as in international tribunals and arbitration boards. In addition, Warner’s depth of experience spans a multitude of project types, as can be seen from the list below. To better understand the range in scope of these projects, click on the USA Projects and International Projects photo links below for a few samples of the thousands of assignments Warner has completed. As an additional showcase of where Warner has performed, all the photographs of projects shown throughout the Warner website are taken from Warner projects.

Examples of our vast project experience include the following:

  • Local Experience.  We have provided an array of project management services in the Washington, DC, area on a variety of projects, such as the Legg Mason Office Tower and Four Seasons Hotel and Condominium Residences in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as developed project cost and schedule controls for the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project in Virginia.

  • National Experience. We have consulted on various aspects of projects throughout the continental United States for major commercial structures, transit facilities, and civil works projects, such as the New York Jets/New York Giants Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and the Central Artery/Tunnel – The “Big Dig” in Boston, Massachusetts.

  • International Experience. We have analyzed disputes and assisted with project management functions associated with numerous important international projects, such as the construction of Hong Kong International Airport’s main passenger terminal expansion as well as the Burj Khalifa skyscraper and Dubai Mall located in the United Arab Emirates.
